How can I make my Venue Safer?

Certifying your venue as a Safer Venue will give corporate bookers the confidence that you are taking all reasonable measures to ensure delegate safety.

Hire Space is launching our Safer Venues accreditation to inspire confidence that venues are safe to return to. We will be working tirelessly to ensure that as many venues as possible can safely be accredited so that the industry can open again, while putting delegate safety first.

We will consult with venues on how to implement our Safer Venue measures, arrange fit-out of venues and supply the materials to keep it safe.

Accredited venues will receive a digital and framed certificate, as well as window decals to communicate the accreditation to delegates and a £50 voucher at the Safer Events Shop.

How do I organise Safer Events?

If you're an event organiser, then we can help provide comprehensive online training so that you can lead your own Safer Events, and inspire confidence with your delegates.

This training covers everything you may need from delegate screening, to social distancing, to PPE, cleaning, and hybrid virtual/in-person event provision.

This training has been built in careful collaboration with event planners, venues and delegates, while also exceeding all existing government guidelines and taking onboard learnings from countries such as Hong Kong and Singapore.

Certified events will receive digital and paper certification, a £10 voucher at the Safer Events Shop and a delegate communication pack to help convey these measures to delegates.
